About me
Hey there! I'm Mrunal, an artist, designer, and researcher currently based near Washington DC. I'm pursuing my graduate studies at the University of Maryland, diving into Human-Computer Interaction and fueling my passion for design and technology. Recently, I've been immersing myself in the world of interactive technologies at the SMART Lab.
Before grad school, I worked as a UX Designer at the OLX Group, assisting people globally with their used car transactions. But before all that, I was studying Electronics and Instrumentation back in India. Ever since I was young, I've had a knack for art, painting, tinkering with crafts, and crafting custom gifts for my family. The blend of art and tech drew me to Human-Computer Interaction, where I feel my greatest strength as a designer lies - in my unwavering love for art and technology that keeps my curiosity alive and thriving.
